Made with 100% Pinot Noir from Rising Vineyard, Nillumbik Yarra Valley. Carbonic maceration followed by barrel fermentation has given this wine complexity and richness in the mouth, while showcasing Pinot varietal characters. Aromas of raspberries, red cherries, peaches, a twist of fresh herbs, almond meal and croissant. The palate is led by cherries, juicy textured, with a long bright finish. Versatile style to match all weathers and occasions.
