Natural ferment, 5% whole bunches, hand plunged and foot stomped, then matured in 4th and 5th fill french oak barrels for 13 months. Bottled without fining or filtration.
Aromas of red cherry, ripe plum, whole poached strawberry, sage leaf and subtle vanilla cream. On the palate mouth-filling and juicy, fresh red fruits, spices, complex, soft yet long-drawn tannins.
